Barberians accept payment by Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and ViaBill.

Dankort payment will attract payment fees of 0,70% to 1,39%
Visa payment will attract payment fees of 1,50%
Visa Electron payment will attract payment fees of 1,25%
MasterCard payment will attract payment fees of 2,95% to 3,50%
Payment will be deducted your account upon shipment of goods.
All amounts are in DKK and includes VAT. Amounts for foreign purchases are in Euro.
Barberians will use encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.

Barberians will endeavour to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be shipped the following day.
Delivery to Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland
Barberians arranges delivery through Post Nord (unless otherwise noted). Timely delivery is depending on Post Nord maintaining day-to-day delivery. Any delays by Post Nord will affect the requested delivery date. Barberians cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by Post Nord. In case of missing delivery, Barberians will process a replacement shipment free of charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain smaller islands are not part of the Post Nord day-to-day delivery objective, so delivery time can in certain cases be two days.
Delivery is free for purchases above 699,00 DKK, and is 39,00 DKK within Denmark, Faroe Island and Greenland for purchases below.

For shipments with circulation, Post Nord will send a sms or e-mail advising that the parcel is en-route or ready for collection. For shipments without circulation, the receiver will be advised when the parcel is ready for collection.
Barberians arranges delivery through GLS (unless otherwise noted). GLS is responsible for the shipment from their receipt (through receipt or scanning) and until delivery. Delivery within Europe is 24 to 96 hours. GLS deliver during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time for rest of the world are on a case-by-case basis.
You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of purchase.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same state and amount as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. You shall cover shipment cost for returns.
Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your cancellation rights. This shall be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase and the goods shall be shipped back within 14 days as well.
You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.
Condition of returns
We only accept unopened items in original packing as returns, and they must be properly packed for shipment.
Conditions, besides what is mentioned above, means that the goods will be considered used, and no refunds will apply.
